- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- coconut - 1 c
- oil - 1 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- all-purpose flour
- nuts - 1/2 c
- can crushed pineapple - 1 1/2
- powdered sugar
- raisins - 1/2 c
- margarine - 6 Tbsp
- shredded carrots - 2 c
- Grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch pan
How to make carrot cake:
Heat oven to 350°. Grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch pan. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt; set aside. In another bowl, combine sugar, oil, vanilla and eggs. Beat well. Stir in flour mixture and mix well. Stir in carroRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Carrots.
