Fruit cocktail pudding
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- egg, lightly beaten - 1 item
- can drained fruit cocktail - 1 lb
How to make fruit cocktail pudding:
In mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. Add egg and vanilla; mix well. Fold in fruit cocktail. Turn into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. In small bowl, mix brown sugar, walnuts and cinnamon. Sprinkle over batter. Dot with margarine. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.
