Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- medium can fruit cocktail - 1 item
How to make fruit cocktail cake:
Sift the first 3 ingredients together and add fruit cocktail. Mix well and pour into well-greased pan. Sprinkle top of layers with brown sugar and 1/2 cup of chopped pecans. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Fruit.
