How to make fruit cocktail cake:
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix for 3 minutes on medium speed. Bake in a large tin pin (greased and floured). Cover cake evenly with 1 cup light brown sugar; top with 1 cup ground pecans (before baking). Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Fruit.
