Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour
- brown sugar - 1 c
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- large can fruit cocktail - 1 item
- crushed walnuts - 1/2 c
How to make fruit cocktail cake:
Mix egg and sugar. Add the fruit cocktail. Stir in the rest of the ingredients, except for the brown sugar and the walnuts. The topping is the brown sugar and walnuts. Put these on top of the cake and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Fruit.
