- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- coconut - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- canned milk - 1/2 c
- 303 can fruit cocktail
How to make fruit cocktail cake:
Topping:3/4 c. sugar1 stick butter1/2 c. canned milk1 tsp. vanilla Cake: Beat eggs; add juice from can of fruit cocktail. Mix flour, sugar, baking soda and salt together. Add to egg mixture and beat well. Fold in fruit and remaining juice. Sprinkle top with coconut and brown sugar mixed. Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 375°.Topping: Bring to boil, sugar, butter, canned milk and vanilla. Boil 2 minutes. Pour over cake immediately out of oven.
