Ingredients/Components

- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- butter - 1/2 c
- evaporated milk - 1/4 c
- coconut
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- baking soda
- chopped walnuts optional - 1/2 c
- Add sugar and beat
- can fruit cocktail not drained - 1 oz
How to make fruit cocktail cake:
Beat eggs. Add sugar and beat. Add remaining ingredients, except coconut. Pour into greased and floured 10 x 15 x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle top with coconut. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.Frosting:3/4 c. sugar1/4 c. evaporated milk1/2 tsp. vanilla1/2 c. butter Combine ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
