- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- coconut - 1/2 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- plain flour - 2 c
- large can fruit cocktail - 1 item
- canned milk - 1/2 c
- Add fruit cocktail; pour in greased baking dish
How to make fruit cocktail cake:
Beat eggs; add sugar, flour and soda and mix well. Add fruit cocktail; pour in greased baking dish. Bake at 300° for 1 hour.Topping:1 stick margarine1 c. sugar1/2 c. canned milk1/2 c. chopped nuts1/2 c. coconut Melt margrine; add remaining ingredients. Boil in pan 2 minutes.
