Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- flour - 1 c
- water - 3/4 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- margarine - 1/2 c
- fruit - 2 c
How to make fruit cobbler:
Cream margarine and 1/2 cup sugar. Add flour, baking powder and milk. Mix. Spread in an 8 x 8-inch pan. Pour fruit, 1 cup sugar and water (in that order) over batter. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cobblers and crisps.
