Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- milk - 3/4 c
- water - 1/2 c
- self-rising flour - 3/4 c
- butter, melted - 3/4 c
- fruit - 2 c
How to make fruit cobbler:
Pour melted butter in baking dish. Mix together flour, milk and 3/4 cup sugar and pour into melted butter. Mix water and fruit. If fresh fruit is used, add 1 cup sugar. If canned fruit is used, add only 1/2 cup sugar. Stir into butter and flour mixture. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cobblers and crisps.
