Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- milk
- oil - 1/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- stick butter - 1 item
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- any fruit plus juice - 2 qt
How to make fruit cobbler:
Make batter by combining first 5 ingredients. Melt butter in good size baking pan. Pour in batter. Pour fruit and juice on top of batter. Do not stir!! Bake at 375° to 400° until done, nicely brown.
