Frozen fruit salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- large can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
- pecans, chopped - 1/2 c
- maraschino cherries, chopped - 3 Tbsp
- cartons sour cream - 2 item
- banana, diced - 1 item
How to make frozen fruit salad:
Mix all ingredients and place in cupcake papers in muffin pans and freeze. After salads are frozen, they may be removed from muffin pans and stored in plastic bags in freezer. Makes 12 salads which are nice to keep on hand for company. Remove 30 minutes before serving and serve on lettuce leaves.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Salads, Tropical fruits.
