Frozen fruit salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- pecans, chopped - 1/4 c
- maraschino cherries, chopped - 1/4 c
- can crushed pineapple, well drained - 1 oz
- banana, sliced - 1 item
How to make frozen fruit salad:
Mix sour cream, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Add remaining ingredients; blend. Pour into muffin tins which have been lined with paper cups. Freeze until firm. Remove the paper liners and serve.
