Ingredients/Components
- margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- sifted powdered sugar - 2 c
- margarine soft - 3/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- can crushed pineapple, well drained - 1 oz
- bananas, sliced - 4 item
- carton Cool Whip - 1 oz
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
How to make banana split cake:
Combine melted 1/2 cup margarine and graham cracker crumbs in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Beat eggs at high speed about 4 minutes. Add powdered sugar, 3/4 cup soft margarine and vanilla; beat 5 minutes. Spread over crumbs. Chill 30 minutes.Spread pineapple over creamed mixture, arrange bananas over pineapple. Top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with nuts. Cover and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
