Frozen chocolate cheesecake squares
Ingredients/Components
- semi-sweet chocolate - 2 oz
- pkg - 1 oz
- crushed graham crackers - 1 c
- unsalted butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
- rich chocolate ice cream Haagen Dazs, softened - 1 pt
How to make frozen chocolate cheesecake squares:
Line 8 x 8-inch baking pan with foil. Combine graham crackers and melted butter; mix thoroughly. Press into bottom of pan. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add softened ice cream and blend thoroughly. Pour into pan over graham crackers. Place in freezer for 2 hours or until firm. Melt unsweetened chocolate and drizzle over top of frozen mixture.
