Ingredients/Components
- cold water - 1/2 c
- whipped cream
- crushed pineapple, drained - 2 c
- envelopes gelatin - 2 item
- pecans, broken - 1 c
- real mayonnaise
- canned white cherries - 2 c
How to make frosty fruit salad:
Soften gelatin in cold water and dissolve over hot water; add to mayonnaise. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into mixture. Add fruit and nuts, folding in carefully. Pour into a mold or molds and refrigerate approximately 4 hours before serving.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low fat, Salads.
