Ingredients/Components

• powdered sugar - 1/4 c
• cold milk - 1 c
• 3 1/2 c - 8 oz
• small instant pudding - 1 pkg

How to make frosting:

Combine first 3 ingredients and beat with spoon. Add Cool Whip, thawed. Spread on cake. Store in refrigerator.
