Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- water - 2 Tbsp
- large marshmallows - 8 item
- egg white - 1 item
How to make frosting for sugar cookies:
In top of double boiler, heat and beat first three ingredients until frothy and chalk white. Add marshmallows and beat until thick and creamy. Remove from heat. Clean beaters and beat some more.
