Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 3 Tbsp
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- cooked rice - 4 5
- chicken broth or stock - 1/4 c
How to make fried rice:
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in frying pan or wok on high heat. Scramble eggs quickly and remove. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in same pan or wok. Add cooked eggs, salt, sugar, soy sauce and broth. Stir-fry over medium to high heat for 3 to 4 minutes.Recipe categories: Vegan, Pasta, rice and grains, Rice.
