Fried potato salad
Ingredients/Components
- potatoes, peeled and diced - 4 c
- bacon - 1/2 lb
- sweet pickle relish or dill pickles - 1 item
- stalks celery, chopped - 3 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- mustard - 1/4 c
- boiled eggs, chopped - 2 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
How to make fried potato salad:
Fry bacon crisp; put aside to drain on paper towel. Fry potatoes in bacon grease. Stir together all other ingredients in large bowl. Add crumbled bacon and fried potatoes. Serve warm or refrigerate to cool.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Bacon.
