Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- flour - 6 Tbsp
- oil - 1/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- mashed potatoes - 2 c
How to make fried potato cakes:
Combine potatoes, flour, egg, milk and onion in bowl; mix well. Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil in skillet. Brown on both sides, pressing with spatula to flatten. Yields 12 cakes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
