Ingredients/Components
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- chili powder - 1/2 tsp
- ground cumin - 1/2 tsp
- cloves garlic, finely chopped - 2 item
- green bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- chopped fresh cilantro - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion or green onions - 1/2 c
- medium fresh tomatoes, seeded and chopped - 3 item
- Anaheim chili, chopped - 1 item
- ReaLime lime juice from concentrate or ReaLemon lemon juice concentrate - 1 Tbsp
How to make fresh salsa picante:
In medium bowl, combine ingredients; mix well. Cover. Chill. Serve with tortilla chips. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes about 4 cups.Recipe categories: Low protein, Appetizers, Dips.
