Fresh peach cobbler
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- butter, melted - 6 Tbsp
- sifted all-purpose flour - 1 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- sliced peaches - 3 c
How to make fresh peach cobbler:
Place peaches on bottom of 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Sift dry ingredients together. Add egg, teasing with fork until mixture is crumbly. Spread over peaches.
