  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • sifted flour - 3 c
  • white sugar - 2 c
  • chopped apples - 3 c
  • Wesson oil - 3/4 c
  • nuts and raisins optional - 1 item

How to make fresh apple cake:

Beat together sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients and add to sugar mixture. Fold in apples, nuts and raisins. Mix well. Bake in tube pan at 350° for 60 to 70 minutes.
