Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 3 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- evaporated milk - 1/4 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- oil
- soda - 1 tsp
- chopped apples - 3 c
- Topping:1 stick butter
How to make fresh apple cake:
Topping:1 stick butter1 c. brown sugar1/4 c. evaporated milk Blend sugar and oil. Add other ingredients and blend well. Bake at 325° for approximately 1 hour. While cake is still hot, pour topping over it, punching holes into cake for topping to go in.Topping Directions: Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes. Pour over hot cake.
