Fresh apple cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 3/4 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• chopped pecans - 1 c
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• nutmeg - 3/4 tsp
• oil
• soda
• sifted flour - 3 c
• chopped, unpeeled apples - 3 c

How to make fresh apple cake:

Mix together oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Sift together flour, spices, salt and soda. Add to first mixture. Fold in apples and pecans. Bake in greased and floured tube pan or loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until pick comes out clean.

Frost with a cream cheese frosting or enjoy unfrosted. Time of preparation: 30 minutes to prepare, 1 hour to bake.
