  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • cooking oil
  • plain flour - 3 c
  • pecans - 1 c
  • chopped apples - 3 c
  • whole eggs - 2 item

How to make fresh apple cake:

Mix cooking oil, sugar and whole eggs well. Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 350°.

When you start adding flour, add cup of flour, and then add a cup of apples until all ingredients are added.
