eggs - 2 item
vanilla - 1 tsp
salt - 1 tsp
water - 1 Tbsp
oil
soda - 1 tsp
baking powder - 2 tsp
powdered sugar - 1 c
plain flour
pecans - 1 c
Add dry ingredients and vanilla
chopped fresh apples - 3 c

How to make fresh apple cake:

Mix oil, sugar and eggs. Add dry ingredients and vanilla. Add apples and pecans. Bake in 11 x 9 pan at 350° until toothpick comes out clean.For Glaze:1/2 stick margarine, melted1 c. powdered sugar1 Tbsp. water Mix margarine with sugar and water and spoon on hot cake. If mixture seems too thin, add more sugar.
