Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 3/4 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- Bisquick - 1/2 c
- sliced apples - 6 c
- Slice apples in greased pie plate
How to make french apple pie:
Heat oven to 325°. Slice apples in greased pie plate. Sprinkle spices on top. Beat remaining ingredients together and pour over apples. (May add nuts, if desired.)Streusel:1 c. Bisquick1/2 c. brown sugar3 Tbsp. margarine Mix streusel until crumbly. Sprinkle pie with streusel. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours until knife comes out clean.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
