Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 lb
- apple cider vinegar
- medium onions - 10 item
- cucumbers sliced thin - 25 item
How to make freezer pickles:
Soak cucumbers and onions for 48 hours in salt water to taste. Heat sugar and vinegar just enough to dissolve the sugar. Drain cucumbers and onions. Pour sugar and vinegar over cucumbers and onions. Mix well and freeze.Recipe categories: American, Condiments, etc., Vegetables.
