Four layer delight
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 3 c
- flour - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- instant chocolate pudding
- confectioners sugar - 1 c
- Cool Whip - 1 c
- pecans, chopped - 1/2 c
How to make four layer delight:
Mix flour and pecans together. Melt margarine and pour into flour. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Press in the bottom of a large Pyrex baking dish. Bake at 350° until brown (45 minutes). Cool.Blend the cream cheese, confectioners sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip to form the second layer. Spread the mixture on top of the first layer.
Mix the instant chocolate pudding and 3 cups milk for the third layer. Spread this mixture over the second layer.
Spread 9 ounces Cool Whip over the third layer and sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
