  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • water - 2 Tbsp
  • egg whites - 2 item
  • light corn syrup - 1/3 c
  • cream of tartar - 1/4 tsp

How to make fluffy icing:

Combine all but vanilla in top of double boiler and beat over boiling water until it stands in peaks. Add vanilla and continue beating until thick enough to spread.
