Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- milk - 2 c
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- egg yolks - 6 item
- egg whites - 3 item
- lemon peel - 1 item
- stick of cinnamon - 1 item
How to make flan:
Boil milk, cinnamon and lemon peel; let cool. Beat rapidly the egg yolks, egg whites, sugar and vanilla extract; add this to the milk mixture. Pour desired amount of caramel into baking dish, then drain entire mixture onto dish. Place a baking pan full of water in oven, then place other pan over and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
