- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 4 c
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- onion, thinly sliced - 1 item
- red pepper - 1/2 tsp
- uncooked brown rice - 1 c
- carrots, thinly sliced - 3 item
- sliced cabbage - 3 c
- orange roughy, cut into bite size pieces - 1 1
How to make fish stew with vegetables:
Heat soup, water, rice, carrots, onion, salt and pepper to boiling. Simmer 15 minutes. Add vegetables and fish. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat and cook until vegetables are tender and fish flakes.Recipe categories: One Dish meal, Gumbo, Stew.
