Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- yellow cornmeal - 3 c
- lemon pepper
- seasoned salt - 1 Tbsp
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- red pepper - 1 tsp
- beer - 3/4 c
- white cornmeal - 3 c
- Louisiana hot sauce - 1 tsp
- monosodium glutamate m - 1 tsp
How to make fish batter:
Mix all dry ingredients together. Mix all liquid ingredients together. Drop fish into liquid ingredients, then roll in dry ingredients. Deep fry in hot peanut oil. Fish will float when fully cooked.Courtesy of Jaunenne Plumbtree.
