  • cooking oil - 1/2 c
  • chopped pecans optional - 1 item
  • plus 3 Tbsp - 1 c
  • figs - 1 pt

How to make fig preserves cake:

Blend together all dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients, stirring after each one is added. Spread in a 13 x 9-inch greased pan. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
