Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- cooking oil - 1/2 c
- chopped pecans optional - 1 item
- plus 3 Tbsp - 1 c
- figs - 1 pt
How to make fig preserves cake:
Blend together all dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients, stirring after each one is added. Spread in a 13 x 9-inch greased pan. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Fruit.
