  • sour cream - 1 (16
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • garlic salt - 1/8 tsp
  • sliced green onions - 1 item
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 item
  • chopped tomatoes - 1 item
  • seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
  • taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg
  • cans refried beans - 2 item
  • sliced ripe olives - 1 item
  • ripe avocados, pitted and peeled - 3 item

How to make fiesta guacamole dip:

In small bowl combine sour cream and taco seasoning. Refrigerate while preparing other items. In small bowl mash avocados and stir in lemon juice. On serving platter, spread refried beans out evenly. Spoon sour cream mixture evenly over refried beans and next spread on avocados. Cover, chill several hours. Just before serving, garnish with cheese, tomatoes, green onions and olives. Serve with chips. Refrigerate leftovers.
