Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- margarine - 3/4 c
- jar Kraft Marshmallow Creme - 1 oz
- nuts, chopped optional - 1 c
- evaporated milk 1 small can - 2/3 c
How to make fantasy fudge:
Stir margarine, sugar and milk in a heavy 2 to 3-quart saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Boil 5 minutes over medium heat, or until candy thermometer reaches 234°, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in chocolate chips until melted. Add nuts and vanilla. Mix until well blended. Pour into greased 9 x 9 or 9 x 13-inch pan. Cool at room temperature. Cut into squares.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Fudge.
