Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • water - 1 tbsp
  • cocoa - 3 tbsp
  • quick oats - 2 c
  • 1/2 sticks butter, softened - 1 item

How to make eskimo cookies:

Mix butter and sugar; add coca, water and vanilla. Mix well. Add oats and mix well. Chill for 1 hour. Roll into balls; roll into confectioners sugar.
