- sugar - 2 c
- milk - 1 c
- beaten eggs - 3 item
- softened oleo - 1 c
- bread cubes - 4 c
- 2 can pineapple chunks
How to make escalloped pineapple:
Combine eggs, sugar and oleo and blend at low speed. Add milk and blend. Add pineapple chunks and bread cubes. Bake at 325° in an ungreased casserole dish for 35 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Side dish, Tropical fruits.
