  • pkg - 1 oz
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c
  • cold water - 1/2 c
  • boiling water - 1 c
  • miniature marshmallows
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • 13 1/2 oz

How to make seafoam lime mold:

Dissolve gelatin in water; add cold water and lemon juice. Gradually add to softened cream cheese, mixing until well blended (use blender). Chill until almost firm. Fold in marshmallows, pineapple and nuts. Pour into a 1-quart mold. Chill until firm. Serves 4 to 6.
