Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 Tbsp
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 2 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- cracker crumbs - 1/4 c
- salt to taste - 1 item
- can cream-style corn - 1 1/2
How to make escalloped corn:
Beat eggs until frothy. Add corn, milk, flour, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
