  • sugar - 4 Tbsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 2 c
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • butter - 1 Tbsp
  • pepper to taste - 1 item
  • cracker crumbs - 1/4 c
  • salt to taste - 1 item
  • can cream-style corn - 1 1/2

How to make escalloped corn:

Beat eggs until frothy. Add corn, milk, flour, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Serves 6 to 8.
