Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1/4 c
- chocolate chips - 12 oz
- stick butter - 1 item
- chopped walnuts
How to make english toffee:
Combine first 4 ingredients, cook to light crack (285°). Pour onto well-buttered jelly roll pan. Cool. Melt chocolate chips. Spread 1/2 on toffee. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Cool. Turn over and repeat with chocolate chips and nuts. Cool. BreakRecipe categories: Desserts, Candy, English.
