  • hard-boiled eggs - 3 item
  • chopped bell pepper - 1/2 c
  • can English peas, drained - 1 oz
  • pimiento - 2 Tbsp
  • diced Cheddar cheese - 1 c

How to make english pea salad:

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Season to taste and serve. Serves 10.
