- salt - 2 tsp
- water - 1 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 item
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- can tomato sauce - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- grated Cheddar cheese
- corn tortillas - 6 item
- can chopped ripe olives - 1 item
How to make enchilada pie:
Brown ground beef and onion; add seasonings and tomato sauce. In a 2-quart casserole dish, alternate layers of tortillas, meat sauce, olives and cheese. Add water and cover. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Main dish, One Dish meal, Savory pies.
