Enchilada pie



Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chili powder - 1 Tbsp
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- corn tortillas - 6 item
- can chopped ripe olives - 1 1/2
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- water - 1 c
How to make enchilada pie:
Brown ground beef and onion; add seasonings and tomato sauce. In a 2-quart casserole, alternate layers of tortillas, meat sauce, olives and cheese.Add water. Cover and bake in a 400° oven for 20 minutes. Cut into wedges with a sharp knife. Use a pie server to remove each serving. Serves 6.
