Enchilada pie
Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion, sliced - 1/2 item
- can chili beans - 1 item
- can diced green chilies - 1 item
- hamburg - 2 lb
- tortillas - 12 item
- can enchilada sauce - 1 item
- Longhorn cheese, grated - 1/2 lb
How to make enchilada pie:
Brown hamburg and onion and set aside. Mix cream of mushroom soup and cream of chicken soup, chili beans, enchilada sauce and green chilies. Add hamburg to this mixture. Cut 12 corn tortillas into quarters. Line 13 x 9-inch pan with tortillas and layer with hamburg and soup mixture alternately with tortillas ending with mixture. Top with Longhorn cheese.
