Marinated flank steak
Ingredients/Components
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- parsley, chopped - 2 Tbsp
- red wine
- thyme - 1 tsp
- flank steak - 1 item
- cube butter - 1 item
- green onion, chopped
- Sauce: soy sauce
How to make marinated flank steak:
Sauce: soy sauce salt and pepper1 tsp. thyme2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped1 1/4 c. green onion, chopped1 1/4 c. red wine1 cube butter Brush steak with soy sauce, sprinkle with salt, pepper and thyme. Let stand 1 hour. Brush again with soy sauce. Grill 4 minutes on each side. Carve on the diagonal. Mix green onion and red wine almost to boil; add butter, salt and parsley and spoon over steak.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
