Enchilada casserole
Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 pkg
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- hamburger - 1 lb
- can enchilada sauce mild - 1 item
- can green chilies mild - 1 item
- corn tortillas, torn into fourths - 1 pkg
How to make enchilada casserole:
Brown and drain hamburger. Mix soups, enchilada sauce, green chilies and hamburger in a bowl. Cover bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with the hamburger mixture. Layer tortillas on top of mixture. Layer cheese on top of this. Layer like this, ending up with cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Beef.
