Enchilada casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can tomato soup - 1 3/4
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 lb
- cumin - 2 3
- can chili no beans - 1 oz
- garlic powder and chili powder - 1 item
- can water, less 1-inch; fill with evaporated milk - 1 item
- bunches green onion, chopped optional - 2 item
How to make enchilada casserole:
Brown meat and spices. Combine soup, water and milk. In large casserole, place layer of tortillas, sauce, cheese and onion. Repeat until all are used. Bake at 350° to melt cheese.
